Been doing a lot of thinking and I have a lot of things i want to do. These aren't things or situations that I struggle with, I just simply think i should do better with them.
Eating- is my main issue, I don't really eat a whole lot because i just simply don't be hungry so today i began my weight watchers diet. I'm not a big eater and NOW I have to eat 5x's a day! thats a lot for me, AND I get full fast; I guess i better get use to it....
I started Weight Watchers today wooohooo! go me! NOT because Jennifer Hudson is doing it but because of the encouragement from one of my friends. I'm okay with losing weight so it wasn't a bribe or anything to get me to do it. I'm pretty confident about this so wish me luck!

When i'm alone just listening to music, one of the songs i play a lot is a actually a song by Jennifer Hudson called, "I Am Changing" My favorite part is:
"I am changing, trying every way I can, I am changing, I'll be better than I am."
and this is exactly what I am trying to do... I AM MY MOTIVATION.
